WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATIONS?
Tuesday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Thursday: 11:00am- 7:00pm
Friday: 11:00 am – 7:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
We are also CLOSED on all MAJOR holidays!
** Please NOTE if you need a time NOT listed when you are booking, let us know and we can try to accommodate for an additional fee // OR if you are in need of an after hours time, or a time on a day that we are closed we can try to accommodate for an additional fee! **
CAN I BUY SOMEONE A GIFT?
Yes, you totally can. We currently offer gift cards for all treatments starting at $50 and go up to $1000. All gift cards are non-refundable and valid for ONE YEAR ONLY! You can purchase one HERE!
DO YOU HAVE ANY CURRENT SPECIALS?
We always have special or promotions running whether they are for the facial of the month, discounted packages, or client referral discounts. You can always see what we have currently running HERE!

We do! We can create a custom package for you, or we offer certain treatments in packages based on your needs. Let's chat and we can come up with the perfect skin package for you!

IF I BUY PRODUCTS FROM YOU, DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
We have a refund/return policy. You can find all the information HERE!
DO YOU HAVE A CANCELLATION POLICY?
We do! Currently we require a 24-hour notice to cancel any appointment. We also require a $50 deposit upon booking (to be applied to your service) as well as a credit card number on file to hold/book your reservation. In the event of a no‑show, 100% of your appointment fee will be charged to your credit card that was used to hold your reservation. If you call to cancel without 24 hour notice, we reserve the right to charge you $50 no matter what your service was. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will results in no longer being able to be a Kiss and Glow client.
